East End Salon was founded in 1989 by Joanne Grossman, a native Philadelphian whose expertise, creative intuition, and boundless spirit contributed to the cultural fabric of The City of Brotherly Love. After Joanne tragically passed away in 2005, her lifelong confidantes and protegés Donna Saddic and Michael Antinore took the reins.
The salon resides in the charming late 18th-century brickwork of a Revolutionary-Era home. Ochre-colored floorboards and a rustic Georgian hearth speak to the neighborhood’s inheritance of independent thinking.
East End has been the center of neighborhood style, friendly repartee, and insightful conversation for over two decades. Our stylists may be from diverse backgrounds, but all share a passion for meeting the needs and desires of our clientele. We believe in personal metamorphosis and the right to self-expression. In short, we are here to make your style dreams come true.
